Customer Testimonials
Marcus T. — Valley Village, Attic Insulation Replacement
Our 1960s home had the original blown-in insulation that had basically disintegrated over the decades. NoHo Insulation Pros came out, assessed the situation honestly, and gave us a quote that was lower than two other companies we contacted. The crew was in and out in one day, and they left the attic cleaner than they found it. Our summer electric bills dropped noticeably within the first month, and I wish we had done this years ago.
Diana R. — Toluca Lake, Spray Foam Insulation
I had a crawl space that was causing cold floors throughout our entire first floor every winter. The NoHo Insulation Pros team came out and recommended closed-cell spray foam, explaining exactly why it was the right choice for our situation. They walked me through the whole process before starting, which I really appreciated as a first-time homeowner. The difference in comfort was noticeable within days, and the crew was respectful of our home the entire time. I’ve already recommended them to two neighbors on our street.
Kevin and Sandra L. — North Hollywood Arts District, New Construction Insulation
We were renovating a converted commercial space into a live-work home and needed insulation that would handle both soundproofing and temperature control. NoHo Insulation Pros understood our unique needs right away and proposed a combination solution we hadn’t even considered. They coordinated perfectly with our general contractor and stayed on schedule throughout a complicated build. The soundproofing results in particular have been exceptional — we can barely hear street noise now. Absolutely the right team for a non-standard project.
Patricia M. — Studio City Adjacent, Wall Insulation
My older home had almost no wall insulation, and I was losing money on heating every single winter. NoHo Insulation Pros used a blown-in technique that didn’t require tearing out my drywall, which was a huge relief. The technician explained every step, including what I’d see and hear during the process so I wasn’t alarmed. The patch work on the small access holes was clean and nearly invisible. My heating system doesn’t run nearly as long now, and the house feels so much more even in temperature.
James A. — Lankershim Neighborhood, Radiant Barrier Installation
Living near Lankershim means a lot of direct afternoon sun baking the house, and our upstairs was basically uninhabitable in July and August. I called NoHo Insulation Pros after seeing their reviews online, and I’m so glad I did. They installed a radiant barrier in the attic and the difference in our upstairs temperature has been dramatic — we’re talking 10 to 15 degrees cooler up there. The team was professional, fast, and incredibly tidy. I left them a five-star review the same day they finished.
Rosa G. — Colfax Meadows, Air Sealing and Insulation
Our energy audit revealed significant air leakage throughout the home, and NoHo Insulation Pros handled the air sealing and insulation upgrade as a complete package. They were thorough in identifying problem areas I never would have found on my own, including around recessed lighting and the attic hatch. The price was fair and they honored every detail of the written quote with no surprise charges at the end. Our home feels tighter and more comfortable year-round. This company genuinely cares about doing the job right.
Tom B. — East North Hollywood, Garage Conversion Insulation
Converting my garage into a guest suite required proper insulation to make the space livable, and NoHo Insulation Pros handled the entire scope of work with expertise. They insulated the walls, ceiling, and even helped address the concrete slab situation with their recommendation. The team showed up exactly when they said they would and finished ahead of schedule. My guests now say it’s the most comfortable room in the house. I can’t say enough good things about how smoothly everything went from the first call to the final walkthrough.

Our reviews tell a consistent story about what sets us apart from other insulation contractors serving North Hollywood. Here is what customers mention most often:
Questions About Our Work and Reputation
How can I verify that your reviews are from real customers?
Our reviews on Google, Yelp, and the Better Business Bureau are submitted directly by customers through those platforms’ verified systems. We never incentivize or fabricate reviews. You can look at reviewer profiles on Google and Yelp to see their history of reviews on other businesses, which confirms they are real community members. We welcome you to ask us for references from past North Hollywood customers as well.
What does your workmanship warranty cover?
Our workmanship warranty covers defects in installation for a period following project completion. This means if insulation settles improperly, gaps appear, or any installation-related issue arises, we will return and correct it at no charge to you. Material warranties are separate and provided by the manufacturer. We will walk you through both coverages clearly before any work begins so there are no misunderstandings.
What happens if I am not satisfied with the work?
Customer satisfaction is not just a phrase for us — it is backed by action. If you have any concern about the quality of work after we complete your project, contact us directly and we will schedule a follow-up inspection promptly. We take every concern seriously and will make it right. Our strong review record reflects the fact that we address problems professionally rather than avoiding them.
How do I verify your contractor licensing in California?
NoHo Insulation Pros holds all required California contractor licenses for insulation work. You can verify any California contractor’s license status through the California Contractors State License Board website by searching our company name or license number. We are also fully insured, and we are happy to provide proof of insurance documentation before work begins upon request.
Do you guarantee that my energy bills will decrease after installation?
While we cannot guarantee a specific dollar amount of savings because energy bills depend on many factors including usage habits and utility rates, our customers consistently report meaningful reductions in heating and cooling costs after our insulation work. We will give you an honest assessment of expected performance improvements during your free estimate based on your home’s specific conditions and current insulation situation.
How long does a typical insulation project take to complete?
Most residential insulation projects in North Hollywood are completed within one day. Larger projects such as whole-home insulation upgrades or combined air sealing and insulation work may take two days. We will give you a clear timeline during your estimate so you can plan accordingly, and we commit to honoring that schedule. Customers frequently mention in reviews how surprised they were at how quickly and efficiently our team worked.
